Miss Show Girl, Rural Ambassador & Charity Person-Special Event
Registration Form.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: The following conditions apply for each of the categories:
- Miss Show Girl shall be aged between 18 to 28 years (prior to 1/8/2012)
- Junior Show Princess shall be aged 15 to 17 years (prior to 1/8/2012)
- Rural Ambassador open to male or female between 20 30 years of age as at 1 May 2012.
- Charity Person special event shall be aged 15 and over as of 1st May 2012, male or female, married or single. Each entrant agrees to raise a min. of $1200.00 to qualify for the major prize of $5000.00 in travel vouchers and spending money. Closing date for fundraising is Wed 16th May 2012.
- Parental consent is required if entrant is under the age of 18 for Charity Person Special Event or Junior Show Princess.
- Entrants to be presented at the Maleny Show Dance on Saturday 19th May 2012
NOMINATION FEE: A registration fee of $50.00 is required to validate this nomination. The fee may be contributed by a sponsor eg sporting club, service club or employer.
REGISTRATIONS: should be in the hands of the Show Girl Co-ordinators
