Following the outstanding success of our inaugural event, the Maleny Agricultural Show Society is pleased to invite you to be part of Maleny Farm Fest 2026, to be held on Saturday, 21 November 2026 at the Maleny Showgrounds.
Maleny Farm Fest was created to celebrate agriculture, practical skills, innovation, and rural community life. Guided by our theme — Educate. Equip. Empower. — the event aims to provide practical learning opportunities, encourage the sharing of knowledge and experiences, and help build confidence and capability within our community.
The event brings together farmers, businesses, schools, community groups, families, and young people in a welcoming and highly interactive environment. A key focus is creating opportunities for people to learn, connect, and share ideas across generations and industries.
Importantly, Maleny Farm Fest is designed as a free event for the community, with no admission fees for attendees and no site fees for exhibitors or participants.
The 2026 program is continuing to expand and is expected to include:
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from businesses, schools, organisations, industry groups, producers, community organisations, and individuals interested in being involved in this growing regional event.
Whether you would like to exhibit, demonstrate, support activities, sponsor, present, or simply explore ways to participate, we would be delighted to discuss opportunities with you.

Maleny Farm Fest is a one-day celebration of rural life, hands-on learning, and grassroots enterprise — all set in the heart of the Sunshine Coast hinterland at the Maleny Showgrounds. This local festival brings together farmers, builders, small business owners, DIYers, and curious minds for a full day of inspiration, innovation, and good old-fashioned country spirit.
With live demonstrations, engaging speakers, and interactive exhibits, the day explores everything from farm safety and animal health to DIY pallet builds, ag-tech, produce, and trade tools. Visitors can meet local makers, enjoy delicious eats from food vans, sip barista coffee, and take in the atmosphere from shaded picnic zones across the grounds.
